Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate integrated solutions for seamless experiences.
- Lead technical design decisions for major product features.
- Build and maintain infrastructure for modern integration methods between applications.
- Collaborate with internal users and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor team members and establish engineering best practices.
- Take ownership of large projects from conception to deployment.
- Drive architecture and code quality through testing and design reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a track record of delivering quality work on time.
- Full stack experience with a focus on backend and infrastructure, including languages like Go, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms and distributed architectures, particularly AWS.
- Hands-on experience with schema design and data modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Experience shipping projects quickly under competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
