Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications.
- Build agentic AI applications with tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Implement RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, and vector database integration.
- Write clean, testable code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Implement observability, guardrails, unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content/action safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate results, and communicate trade-offs with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and speed.
- Ability to learn quickly, prototype rapidly, communicate clearly, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Core proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, Bash, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs are preferred or useful.
