Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet business or user needs.
- Monitor and control development and analysis phases, including design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support.
- Analyze complex application and business-process issues using in-depth specialty knowledge and provide evaluative recommendations.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and assess business usage to support successful system design and functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; recommend programming solutions; and install or assist with customer-facing systems.
- Define and follow operating standards and procedures and coach new or lower-level analysts.
- Assess technology and business risks, maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulations, and escalate control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
