Base Salary
$127k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered discovery and define user needs, workflows, accessibility requirements, acceptance criteria, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
- Translate research and workflows into UX designs, interaction patterns, prototypes, and implementable UI requirements.
- Own frontend architecture and deliver responsive, accessible, performant interfaces using JavaScript or TypeScript and React, Next.js, or comparable frameworks.
- Integrate interfaces with APIs, services, data flows, model services, LLMs, RAG, search, agents, BI, and deterministic automation.
- Establish risk-based UI, accessibility, integration, end-to-end testing, staged release, telemetry, rollback, incident response, and support practices.
- Coordinate governance and GxP controls, build reusable components and playbooks, lead root-cause analysis, measure adoption, mentor engineers, and improve frontend delivery.
Requirements
- Doctorate with 1 year of experience, Master's degree with 8–10 years, Bachelor's degree with 10–12 years, or diploma with 12–14 years in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of UX design and UI delivery for at least one production web application, digital product, or substantial user-interface workstream.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive accessible interfaces using React, Next.js, or a comparable component-based framework.
- Working full-stack experience with APIs, integrations, data flows, production support, and collaboration with backend, data, and ML specialists.
- Preferred qualifications include user research, design systems, enterprise integration architecture, AI and automation engineering, cloud platforms, developer platforms, regulated systems, technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional communication.
