Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI applications for customer use cases using platform capabilities.
- Design agentic workflows, plugins, and tool integrations that deliver measurable customer value.
- Translate ambiguous problems into intuitive AI experiences and rapidly iterate them into production-ready solutions.
- Partner with platform engineers to improve abstractions and reusable components.
- Identify common patterns across customer deployments and evolve them into reusable products.
- Own customer-facing quality across user experience, reliability, performance, and evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
- Production experience building agentic AI applications using AI agents, workflows, MCP, and tool orchestration.
- Experience integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and external data sources.
- Ability to move quickly from ideas to working products while maintaining high engineering quality.
- Strong product instincts and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: startup experience or comfort in 0-to-1 product environments.
- Preferred: understanding of AI security practices including RBAC/ABAC, audit logging, and prompt-level safeguards.
- Preferred: exposure to regulated or sensitive industries such as finance, healthcare, or telecoms.
- U.S. citizenship or a green card is required, and the applicant must be domiciled in the United States.
