Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture for scalable, reliable, and highly available software systems.
- Design and implement AI-enabled and agentic solutions, including orchestration, integrations, context and retrieval patterns, and human oversight.
- Engineer AI solutions for quality, observability, security, reliability, cost and performance, evaluation, and failure handling.
- Translate business and technical requirements into application and system solutions.
- Provide advanced application, system, and infrastructure support, including complex troubleshooting and incident triage.
- Execute and oversee performance testing, debugging, optimization, deployments, configuration, and maintenance.
- Perform code reviews and enforce development standards, best practices, and coding methodologies.
- Design and implement integrations across applications, databases, and communication platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor less experienced team members and adopt agentic AI development tools throughout the software development life cycle.
- Identify technical risks and develop scalable, adaptable solutions aligned with organizational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of the degree.
- Five years of experience in software development, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Advanced experience with object-oriented programming, system design, and application development.
- Advanced proficiency with AI-assisted development tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted code review.
- Understanding of AI/ML integration patterns, APIs, model consumption, and data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, software development tools, system architecture, infrastructure, and integration concepts.
- Experience with enterprise-level or multi-tier applications and systems is preferred.
- Experience in infrastructure, networking, or communication systems is preferred.
- AI/ML or cloud AI certification such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
