Base Salary
$140k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify Deal Desk bottlenecks and build AI-powered automations, workflows, and agents to improve GTM operations.
- Design human-in-the-loop validation, audit trails, and fallback rules that support revenue-recognition policies and pricing approval matrices.
- Own the full lifecycle of internal AI tools from prototyping and proof of concept through production scaling, beta testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Build agents and workflows using Glean, Salesforce, Agentforce, ClaudeForce, and n8n.
- Develop front-end applications using Retool, Cursor, React, or similar tools and securely integrate enterprise data and APIs.
- Create prompts and workflows for Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Balance LLM performance and token-consumption costs within a production cost envelope.
- Maintain solution documentation and train business users on launched tools.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on Deal Desk or RevOps experience, including building and deploying internal tools, automations, data products, or AI-enabled workflows in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with CPQ and CLM platforms.
- Strong understanding of context windows, token consumption, compute costs, chunking, and performance benchmarks.
- Understanding of API usage, limitations, rate limits, and scalable aggregation of data across source platforms and LLMs.
- Fundamentals of scripting, SQL/SOQL, and Python.
- Experience using foundational models such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Grok through web interfaces and APIs.
- Familiarity with orchestration layers, MCP, Agent2Agent, Agentforce, ClaudeForce, and the evolving agentic ecosystem.
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences and build usable tools for less technical business users.
- Experience building agents, workflows, or React-based user interfaces directly within Salesforce is preferred.
