Base Salary
$132k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build automations for inbound lead routing, scoring, response, and speed-to-lead.
- Design and deploy chat, form-follow-up, and lead-qualification AI agents.
- Create website personalization, dynamic forms, and intent-based content recommendations.
- Own integrations across marketing automation, CDP, enrichment, intent data, CRM, and analytics systems.
- Automate content production, on-page optimization, SEO operations, and performance tracking.
- Develop evaluations for lead-scoring accuracy, chat-agent quality, and routing correctness.
- Implement human review, logging, rollback, and other guardrails for customer-facing automation.
- Coach marketing operations and demand-generation teams and create reusable playbooks, templates, and documentation.
- Expand agentic workflows across the GTM stack and deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, capacity, and team self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience across growth/GTM marketing, marketing or revenue operations, systems, or solutions engineering, including hands-on automation or AI implementation.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows that changed real business work.
- Fluency with CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, outreach, analytics, and the data integrations between them.
- Strong prompt architecture skills and practical experience with agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, and API/MCP integrations.
- Working proficiency in at least one of SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of funnels, ideal customer profiles, buying signals, and revenue-oriented automation decisions.
- Preferred experience building AI evaluation frameworks, including prompt evaluations, benchmarking, and regression testing.
- Preferred practical experience fine-tuning or heavily customizing models for production use cases.
- Preferred experience coaching non-technical teammates through AI adoption.
- Preferred B2B and enterprise SaaS background with familiarity with brand-safety and compliance constraints.
