Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage workflow transformations across Fan Ops and Marketplace Ops.
- Design and build production agentic workflows for triage, response drafting, refunds, disputes, seller risk, cancellations, SLA monitoring, and marketplace optimization.
- Integrate internal and external Gametime data systems to support fan experience operations.
- Build accessible tools including UIs, Slack-based interfaces, scheduled agents, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Coach operations teammates through AI adoption, automation building, and workflow transformation.
- Scale successful tools and automations for reuse across operations teams.
- Own design, deployment, monitoring, iteration, and impact measurement for production systems.
- Evaluate new agentic frameworks, LLM capabilities, and AI tooling and help define AI-embedded engineering practices across Operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of technical operations or software engineering experience, including at least 1 year building production LLM or agentic systems.
- Experience building and deploying production tools used by non-engineers.
- Ability to translate non-technical stakeholder needs into technical requirements and communicate solutions plainly.
- Demonstrated experience coaching or enabling others to change how they work.
- Preferred experience in customer operations, CX tooling, trust and safety, marketplace operations, ticketing, e-commerce, or two-sided marketplaces.
- Familiarity with support tooling platforms, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with SQL, dbt, and Snowflake sufficient to retrieve operational context independently.
- Prior embedded or cross-functional engineering experience, or consulting, solutions engineering, or client-facing technical experience.
