Responsibilities
- Architect and scale Sentry's billing infrastructure.
- Collaborate on building a usage tracking pipeline processing hundreds of billions of events daily.
- Design flexible pricing models for various billing scenarios.
- Contribute to technical decisions regarding data consistency in billing.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
Requirements
- Experience building or improving systems handling financial data or high-stakes accuracy.
- Mentorship experience with engineers on complex projects.
- Experience operating services where reliability includes financial correctness.
