Base Salary
$200k - $360k/yr
Responsibilities
- Obsess over customer problems and prioritize shipping for velocity and impact.
- Work across the stack, including agent, backend, infrastructure, and frontend.
- Build internal agents to automate repeatable engineering tasks.
- Define AI-native engineering practices, including context and tooling for agents.
- Design and operate distributed systems using AWS, EKS, Clickhouse, and Kafka.
- Drive technical decisions on storage schemas, API contracts, and scalable patterns.
- Collaborate with research and systems-internals engineers to create reliable software.
Requirements
- Proficient in AI-native engineering tools like Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode.
- Experience building data-intensive systems at scale with high throughput.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems principles and performance engineering.
- Modern systems programming experience, preferably in Rust.
- Strong fluency in Python for services and inference pipelines.
- Production experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and event streaming technologies.
- Comfortable working with React for frontend functionality.
