Responsibilities
- Develop large, distributed, and highly-available infrastructure.
- Implement platform tools for feature teams to manage datastores.
- Research new technologies for environment creation.
- Carry cross-team initiatives from end to end, including code and design reviews.
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of software development experience.
- Proficient in or eager to learn Golang.
- Experience managing infrastructure with Terraform.
- Familiarity with k8s and CI/CD processes.
- Comfortable working with data storage systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and DynamoDB.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services.
- Ability to deliver work incrementally for feedback.
- Passion for building reliable, maintainable, scalable, and secure systems.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fully-distributed team.
