Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and build post-training frameworks for model quality.
- Develop, evaluate, and productionize AI agents through the full development lifecycle.
- Build and scale evaluation frameworks and regression testing for AI models.
- Ship models and agents into real-time production with necessary monitoring.
- Apply traditional ML techniques and collaborate with product and data science teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience in applied ML/AI with an MS or PhD in a related field.
- Post-training experience with open-source models and fine-tuning methods.
- Experience in agentic development and familiarity with LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
- Proven experience in AI/LLM evaluation and designing metrics for generative systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch.
