Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and Python backend services.
- Build and integrate AI-powered applications using large language models and prompt engineering.
- Develop reusable code and integrate APIs with enterprise applications, data platforms, and third-party services.
- Translate business requirements into secure, reliable technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance while following software engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Approximately 2–3+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong Python and API development proficiency.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs, including authentication, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Experience with AI technologies, LLMs, generative AI applications, and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of software development principles, Git, testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, API management platforms, and financial services, banking, or consulting environments.
