Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and optimize prompts for enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT Enterprise, and GitHub Copilot.
- Establish prompt engineering standards, reusable prompt libraries, and governance frameworks while evaluating and improving AI model performance.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows and automation for software development, testing, release management, operations, support, and business processes.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business and technology stakeholders.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business objectives into AI-enabled solutions, user stories, workflows, business cases, impact assessments, process maps, and solution recommendations.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
- Define and execute UAT strategies and test cases.
- Partner with DevOps, development, QA, and release management teams to integrate AI capabilities into software delivery pipelines.
- Design AI-assisted automation for code reviews, testing, deployment validation, release readiness, and operational monitoring.
- Support application lifecycle management, release planning, environment management, deployment governance, risk assessment, and responsible AI practices.
- Maintain controls for data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Typically 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery and development, data analysis, DevOps practices, CI/CD process automation, cloud platforms, stakeholder analysis and management, and digital fluency.
- Experience or proficiency in prompt engineering, AI solution design, business requirements analysis, functional analysis, AI governance, responsible AI, insights development and reporting, process analysis and optimization, application functional design, and AI use case discovery and assessment.
- Strong systems thinking, verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, change management, and release management skills.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
