Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered document-processing solutions for extracting and validating information from corporate-action documentation.
- Apply corporate-actions and asset-servicing expertise to event lifecycles, elections, entitlements, and exception-processing workflows.
- Use Python, APIs, LLMs, and document AI to build extraction, validation, and automation capabilities.
- Translate corporate-action business rules and operational requirements into technical extraction, validation, and workflow logic.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify challenges, test solutions, and improve processing efficiency, capacity, accuracy, and scalability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate actions, asset servicing, custody, securities operations, or related financial-services technology.
- Strong understanding of corporate-action processing, including mandatory and voluntary events, elections, entitlements, event lifecycles, and exception management.
- Hands-on experience developing or implementing AI, automation, or document-processing solutions with practical technical-delivery involvement.
- Technical experience with Python, APIs, LLMs, and document AI technologies.
- Ability to convert complex corporate-action business rules into extraction, validation, and workflow logic.
- Familiarity with ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 messaging standards is preferred.
- Experience integrating AI or automation with custody, securities-processing, or asset-servicing platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of data-quality controls, exception management, auditability, and operational risk is preferred.
