Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI solutions from design through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Build AI applications across Generative AI, predictive modeling, and analytics according to business priorities.
- Perform data preparation, exploratory data analysis, model development, testing, and evaluation.
- Deploy and support AI services and pipelines on Azure with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with claims, underwriting, sales, and operations stakeholders.
- Contribute to documentation and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with strong ML exposure.
- Strong Python and software engineering skills, including APIs/services, testing, and maintainability.
- Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and practical AI evaluation for Generative AI and classical ML.
- Experience with Azure or a similar cloud platform.
- Experience with Azure AI services or deployment tools.
- Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps practices, including monitoring, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments is valued.
- Experience with ChatGPT or Copilot 365 is advantageous.
