Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from ideation and experimentation through production rollout and continuous improvement.
- Build generative AI, predictive modeling, and analytics applications based on business priorities.
- Translate business problems from claims, underwriting, sales, and operations teams into AI solutions.
- Deploy AI services and pipelines on Azure with attention to reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Set standards for AI development, evaluation, monitoring, and documentation, and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in software, AI, or ML engineering with multiple production deliveries.
- Strong Python and software engineering skills, including APIs/services, testing, and maintainability.
- Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and practical AI evaluation for generative AI and classical ML.
- Experience delivering solutions on Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search patterns.
- Experience with Azure MLOps/LLMOps practices, monitoring, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments is preferred.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot 365 is advantageous.
