Responsibilities
- Administer the live AI platform components built by Development and DevOps teams.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks including user administration and routine maintenance.
- Monitor platform health and performance using observability tools.
- Act as first-line support for AI platform issues and manage the incident lifecycle.
- Define and report KPIs that demonstrate platform value.
- Help business users publish and deploy self-service AI deliverables.
- Operate the platform in line with security and governance policies.
- Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to improve platform operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in IT operations, application support, or platform operations.
- Hands-on experience operating and monitoring cloud services, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Grafana.
- Experience with IT service management and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
- Understanding of identity and access administration principles.
- Ability to define and report KPIs and create dashboards.
- Fluency in English.
