Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, enhance, and support Salesforce-based solutions for patient engagement and operational workflows.
- Develop applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, permission sets, and security configuration.
- Work across front-end and backend application layers and develop scalable cloud-based solutions.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML, and Salesforce Platform Events.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, validation, and production support activities.
- Analyze user requirements, review functional specifications, support projects, develop system components, and provide peer support and onboarding assistance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4–5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and cloud-based application support.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, process automation, custom objects, validation rules, approval processes, and the Salesforce security and sharing model.
- Experience developing REST API and web service integrations, including JSON/XML and third-party system integrations.
- Healthcare domain experience, including Patient Hub or Patient Support Programs, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Schedulo or Salesforce Field Service scheduling platforms is preferred.
