Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Jira workflows, schemes, screens, and custom fields.
- Configure and maintain Confluence spaces and integrations.
- Develop automation using Jira Automation and scripting tools.
- Implement and maintain Atlassian marketplace apps and plugins.
- Build integrations between Atlassian tools and other platforms.
- Assist with platform upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support Atlassian cloud administration and configuration.
- Monitor performance and ensure system reliability.
- Work with engineering and operations teams to streamline workflows.
- Document platform architecture and configuration.
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience configuring Jira workflows, screens, and permissions.
- Experience with Jira Automation.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
