Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and implementation for complex external integrations.
- Partner closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to validate feasibility and assess partner architectures.
- Build and extend platform components required to support in-flight integrations.
- Identify common integration patterns and abstract them into reusable infrastructure.
- Contribute to the external integrations program, tracking lifecycle progress from initial discussion through GA.
- Produce clear technical artifacts to support internal alignment and partner execution.
- Improve self-service documentation and tooling for plug-and-play integrations.
- Support partner migrations to new platform capabilities.
- Use focused POCs to de-risk new integration patterns.
Requirements
- Strong backend or full-stack engineering experience building APIs, SDKs, and integrations with AI-native technologies.
- A track record of delivering complex integrations across organizational boundaries.
- Comfort engaging directly with external technical stakeholders.
- Experience designing secure systems, including authentication and authorization.
- Ability to reason about partner architectures and translate them into integration designs.
- Clear technical writing and documentation skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive work forward.
- Experience building or maintaining developer platforms or SDK ecosystems.
- Familiarity with browser integrations or extension architectures.
- Hands-on experience integrating with external AI technologies.
