Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.
- Build frameworks and tools for teams to develop, test, and deploy autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices across the codebase.
- Contribute to technical strategy and long-term platform roadmap decisions.
- Work across the stack from low-level infrastructure to high-level abstractions.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of professional software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with agentic infrastructure, agent frameworks, or closely related distributed systems is required.
- Generalist technical background spanning multiple domains.
- Strong systems design skills and ability to architect for scale and reliability.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platforms.
- Comfort working across the full stack.
