Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate security, reliability, and operational-efficiency tools and services for SAP Business AI Platform.
- Automate security processes for collecting and presenting compliance information for external audits and legal requirements.
- Support security-by-default principles and promote a security-first mindset across platform design and operation.
- Lead technical topics independently from analysis through implementation.
- Work with the BAIP Cyber Defense team on risk-based security and compliance solutions.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications and experience.
- At least five years of experience working in software development teams, including architecture modeling and designing and implementing Java applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions and supporting architectures.
- Hands-on understanding of LLM applications, agentic workflows, and AI assistant tools.
- Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Strong ownership and ability to independently lead technical topics.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of or interest in security, risk management, and compliance is advantageous but not required.
