Responsibilities
- Lead engineering architecture design reviews with AI-driven insights.
- Set a high technical bar through code and architecture reviews.
- Mentor engineers on scalable system design and AI-first development practices.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools across the organization.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create integrated solutions.
- Improve engineering processes by embedding automation and AI tooling.
- Build services that meet high standards for availability and latency.
- Leverage AI systems to optimize performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience designing and delivering highly-available, scalable cloud-based systems.
- Backend service experience in languages such as Java, Scala, Go, or C#.
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL data stores.
- Experience evaluating and integrating AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in improving developer productivity and system design.
