Responsibilities
- Design, code, build, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Lead the development and implementation of software projects aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and manage the team’s work.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and implement scalable, maintainable software architectures.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve application performance and user experience.
- Apply software development best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- Proficiency in .NET full-stack development, including relevant front-end and back-end frameworks and technologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in software applications.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
