Responsibilities

Architect and build scalable, high-performance backend services primarily using Golang.
Design RESTful APIs, clear service boundaries, and robust API contracts for internal and external integrations.
Develop distributed, multi-tenant systems capable of processing large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
Deploy and manage backend services using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS).
Improve reliability through testing, monitoring, observability, debugging, and production issue resolution.
Optimize system performance, latency, concurrency, and resource usage.
Collaborate with frontend, ML, platform, DevOps, and product teams on AI integrations and technical planning.
Participate in architecture discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

5+ years of professional backend development experience.
Strong experience with Golang and scalable backend systems and APIs.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservice architecture.
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, relational databases, and SQL.
Strong debugging, system design, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience with complex B2B SaaS platforms, large-scale data processing, Kubernetes, or AI and data-intensive platforms is highly valued.
Experience with Python, TypeScript/NestJS, event-driven architectures, AI/ML service integrations, or AEC, construction, and infrastructure domains is a plus.
