Responsibilities
- Design and develop software across product, internal platform, and client integration projects.
- Write readable, robust, well-tested code.
- Participate in software architecture, design sessions, code reviews, and collaborative team development.
- Work with a broad range of problems and technologies.
- Collaborate with colleagues from different cultures.
- Work hybrid from the Warsaw office at least two to three days per week.
Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering, version control, readable code and tests, robust design, and basic data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to conceive logical software architectures and communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to work across a wide array of problems and technologies and participate in design sessions and code reviews.
- Development experience primarily on UNIX-based or OSX-Darwin platforms.
- Working English proficiency of at least C1 in speaking, reading, and typing, with typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
- Emotional resilience, social intelligence, cultural openness, care for the work, and occasional optimism.
- Full-time availability and physical residence in Warsaw, Poland.
- Bonus: experience with Python, Django, React, Android, PyTorch, computer hardware, electronics, physics, programming or mathematics competitions, product-oriented work, or relevant public health, agriculture, and sustainable development domain knowledge.
