Base Salary
$190k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale backend systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to implement new features.
- Prioritize effectively and develop systems from the ground up.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster team growth.
- Navigate ambiguous problem domains and deliver high-quality projects on schedule.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record.
- Strong command of at least one programming language, preferably Go or Java.
- Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
