Responsibilities

Serve as a Technical Architect during customer implementations, driving adoption and quantifying value.
Collaborate with senior management to influence strategies and decisions regarding Coupa implementations.
Enhance customer experience by providing insights and addressing complaints through product support.
Manage escalations and work with project managers to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Mentor new Technical Architects and partners, leading Customer Success initiatives and applying best practices.

5+ years of experience in integration technologies for customer success in Procurement/AP Automation, preferably with Coupa Software.
Hands-on experience architecting large-scale integrations with ERP systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, ORACLE, and NetSuite.
Experience with integration technologies such as sFTP, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.
Knowledge in Finance and Procurement functional areas, including Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable.
C1-C2 Level of English proficiency.
