Base Salary
$230k - $380k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipeline tooling for data generation and annotation.
- Create cohesive data infrastructure for continuous operation with model experimentation.
- Establish standardized processes for data validation and improvement.
- Collaborate with the ML modeling team to align data capabilities with experimental needs.
- Maintain well-documented solutions that become team standards.
- Develop analysis frameworks to identify data sources and benchmark coverage gaps.
Requirements
- Extremely strong software engineering skills.
- Strong statistical skills and experience with scientific experiments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and ML frameworks.
- Ability to own complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Opinionated approach to technical architecture and decision-making.
- Understanding of ML data requirements and data engineering workflows.
