Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into differentiated, actionable, and deliverable solutions.
- Collaborate with sales pursuit and delivery teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive solution architectures for complex client challenges.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Analyze and integrate multiple technology platforms into cohesive architectures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to improve solution effectiveness and innovation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage and mentor team members, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Apply banking experience and BCBS 239 regulatory expertise to solution development.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in solution architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Banking experience.
- Expertise in BCBS 239 regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in solution architecture and designing scalable, secure technology solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning technical solutions with strategic business goals.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and solve complex problems with practical, sustainable solutions.
