Responsibilities
- Design and build back-end services, APIs, and integrations for internal AI tools.
- Lead the architecture and design of internal AI systems to support productivity goals.
- Define technical approaches and create implementation roadmaps.
- Run discovery on prioritized AI use cases and translate them into clear requirements.
- Own the product roadmap for internal AI tools and ship shared AI services.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to embed AI into workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI-related projects.
- Support the adoption of internal AI tools through demos and integration guidance.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a senior/staff back-end engineer with experience in Go, Python, or similar.
- Experience building AI/LLM-powered systems in production.
- Strong product instincts with experience in managing product areas end-to-end.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and align teams around trade-offs.
- Comfortable balancing individual engineering work with technical leadership.
- Deep fluency with modern AI tooling and engagement with the AI ecosystem.
