Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure custom applications using Salesforce OmniStudio.
- Configure and integrate applications within complex business environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce OmniStudio implementations.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement team best practices that improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and support timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Salesforce OmniStudio platform.
- Proficiency in Salesforce OmniStudio and experience designing and developing applications with its components.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and integration in complex business environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce OmniStudio implementation issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle best practices and Agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
