Base Salary
$135k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement state estimation and prediction architecture for autonomous spacecraft.
- Research and implement novel estimation and prediction algorithms.
- Develop classical and neural estimators for real-time tracking of dynamic targets.
- Create neural models to forecast future trajectories and behaviors.
- Implement intent inference models to assess threat levels.
- Integrate models into mission simulation environments and decision systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prediction fidelity and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace, Robotics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in state estimation, aerospace, robotics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Experience with probabilistic state estimation techniques.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks for sequence modeling.
- Knowledge of trajectory modeling, multi-body dynamics, or orbital mechanics.
