Base Salary

$87k - $157k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, develop, troubleshoot, and support ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM applications.
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, roles, dashboards, and scheduled reporting.
  • Create and manage integrations with Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, and other applications and platforms.
  • Support platform and application upgrades, data migration activities, automation, and orchestration.
  • Design and document business-process flows and configure solutions for ticketing, order management, and re-engineered processes.
  • Analyze customer data trends to improve user experience and network performance.
  • Gather requirements, engage customers on technical decisions, and collaborate with engineering, development, and analysis teams.
  • Design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications in an Agile Scrum environment while following coding and documentation standards.
  • Maintain high-quality data across multiple sources within the CMDB and align solutions with configuration-management policies.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required, along with the ability to pass and maintain additional customer suitability screenings.
  • Current Security+ certification or an equivalent or higher certification is required.
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC as the program matures.
  • Level III requires a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4–8 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Level IV requires a bachelor's degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 6+ years; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Level V requires a bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 10+ years; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
  • At least 3 years of technology-infrastructure design, development, and support experience and at least 2 years of ServiceNow development experience are required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, customer engagement, independent prioritization, multitasking, communication, and management-level briefings is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow or AWS certifications, ITIL knowledge or certification, and experience with TSM, TNI, OMT, Agile, SAFe, JIRA, Git, Confluence, DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation, and legacy-application migration.
