Responsibilities
- Lead and support full-stack development teams.
- Design implementation strategies, including database architecture and project-launch activities.
- Define project standards and applicable development patterns.
- Develop and configure new solution features with the team.
- Establish processes and tools needed to maintain code quality.
- Contribute to recruiting, engineering communities, and mentoring junior profiles.
- Support technology transformation initiatives for banking and insurance clients.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Angular, and the Angular ecosystem.
- Ability to technically lead full-stack developers and help project teams build their skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and work in a changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Strongly preferred: knowledge of generative AI technologies such as LLMs and automated content-creation tools, and/or agentic systems.
