Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support full-stack development teams.
- Design implementation strategies, including database architecture and project-launch activities.
- Define project standards and applicable development patterns.
- Develop and configure new solution features with the team.
- Establish processes and tools to support code quality.
- Participate in recruitment and internal engineering communities.
- Mentor junior team members and help project teams build their technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java, Angular, React, and the React ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership to a full-stack developer team and develop team capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and work in a continuously evolving environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client satisfaction.
