Responsibilities
- Build data-dense interfaces for exploring compensation benchmarks, pricing roles, and evaluating pay decisions.
- Architect scalable frontend code and establish high standards for performance, interaction quality, and accessibility.
- Drive technical strategy and remain accountable for delivering outcomes.
- Create reusable patterns, abstractions, and systems that extend beyond individual output.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to other engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- Empathy for compensation teams and understanding of employee pay-pricing challenges.
- Strong prioritization judgment, including the ability to identify what should be descoped.
- A track record of clear communication on ambiguous and high-stakes problems.
- A holistic, systems-oriented approach to technical decisions.
- Ability to ship thoughtful solutions in a fast-paced environment without over-engineering.
