Responsibilities
- Provide architecture consulting and technical support to help customers develop solutions and resolve issues.
- Develop and support Visual Studio and .NET Framework or .NET Core applications in on-premises, hybrid, and Azure environments.
- Plan, deploy, operate, and optimize on-premises, hybrid, and cloud applications.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, management teams, and developers.
- Develop application environments and pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and related tooling.
- Build and support web applications, web services, APIs, microservices, containers, and resilient application architectures.
- Monitor and debug production applications using Application Insights, Azure Monitoring, IIS, and related telemetry tools.
- Configure and develop Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and other low-code solutions.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a relevant degree, certification, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of development experience with Visual Studio and .NET applications in on-premises, hybrid, or Azure production environments.
- At least 1 year of experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience collaborating with stakeholders, management teams, or developers.
- Demonstrated experience planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises, hybrid, or cloud applications.
- Experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Preferred experience includes large-scale or N-tier application development, web applications, web services or APIs, microservices, cloud PaaS/IaaS, application pipelines, Kubernetes, Windows Containers, production debugging, application monitoring, resilient and secure application architecture, and low-code development.
- Preferred knowledge of Python, Angular, C++, Java, IIS, Kestrel, Docker, ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform, Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
- Relevant certifications include Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, GitHub Foundations, GitHub Administration, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Advanced Security.
