Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate core systems for structured OTC and volatility-based trading strategies.
- Take ownership of strategy production systems, including feature development and operational reliability.
- Enhance system robustness, scalability, and fault tolerance under volatile market conditions.
- Collaborate with liquidity managers, product managers, and technical leads on strategy and system design.
- Lead projects while maintaining a holistic view of product, strategy, and business requirements.
Requirements
- Solid STEM education background.
- Passionate about the crypto industry with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience building trading systems or mission-critical financial systems.
- Proficiency in Java and experience with high-availability, distributed systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management and risk considerations in fast-moving markets.
- Strong analytical thinking and ownership for production systems.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
