Responsibilities
- Own the technical expansion strategy for a portfolio of Snowflake customers in Singapore.
- Identify and map customer business objectives to relevant workloads and use cases.
- Design and deliver tailored demos and technical narratives for customers.
- Lead and execute POCs/Pilots to demonstrate value and mitigate risks.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work with partners to integrate their solutions into customer architectures.
- Capture field feedback to influence product and engineering priorities.
- Represent Snowflake at workshops, events, and community meetups.
- Create and share technical content to support expansion in FSI and Telco.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in a customer-facing solution engineering role.
- Strong competency in modern data stacks, ETL/ELT, and data science.
- Excellent presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL and Spark.
- Experience with large-scale cloud data and AI platforms is preferred.
- Programming/scripting experience in languages like Python or Java is desired.
- Strong stakeholder management and value-based selling skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
