Full-Stack Agentic Engineer (SG)

- Build elegant, responsive, and accessible web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
- Translate Figma designs and product specifications into production-quality UI with strong attention to motion, interaction, and detail
- Use AI coding agents for prototyping, UI iteration, component variant generation, and delivery acceleration
- Prototype design directions and pressure-test ideas before production implementation
- Build agent- and LLM-powered UI patterns such as conversational interfaces, AI-assisted flows, and intelligent forms
- Own frontend quality across performance, accessibility, design-system consistency, and cross-browser/device behavior
- Contribute to backend APIs, data models, and service code when features require it
- Partner with backend engineers on API design from the consumer perspective
- Contribute to design systems and reusable component libraries
- Investigate production issues and participate in incident response as needed
Requirements
- At least six years of software engineering experience, primarily focused on frontend development
- Deep proficiency in React or a similar modern frontend framework and TypeScript
- Strong design sensibility and experience collaborating closely with designers
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and modern CSS approaches such as Tailwind and CSS-in-JS
- Ability to write production-quality API endpoints, data models, and service code in Python or a similar language
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and frontend-backend system integration
- Fluency with AI coding tools and experience using them to accelerate high-quality UI delivery
- Experience or strong interest in AI-native UI patterns, including chat, streaming, tool-use surfaces, and agent interfaces
- Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows
- Strong problem-solving, independent working, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fintech, trading, or financial product UX experience is preferred but not required
