Responsibilities

Support queue management, incident investigation and mitigation, request fulfillment, routine maintenance, and regular-hours incident response.
Monitor platform health, logs, scheduled jobs, and integrations while documenting issues, findings, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST or SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
Configure, develop, test, and enhance ServiceNow solutions using Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Transform Maps, Import Sets, and Flows.
Support platform upgrades, patches, clones, releases, peer reviews, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.
Create technical documentation including solution designs, integration mappings, process flows, support procedures, and runbooks.
Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, administrators, ITSM, HRIS, ITOM, Security, vendors, and other technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Follow governance, change-management, security, privacy, data-protection, testing, and accessibility requirements.

Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience with ServiceNow, another enterprise workflow platform, or a combination of related education, training, and practical experience.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development concepts and ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, or Request Management.
Experience with JavaScript or a comparable scripting language, with ServiceNow-specific scripting and Glide API experience potentially developed on the job.
Foundational understanding of REST APIs, web services, authentication, and data integrations.
Ability to investigate technical issues, document findings, communicate when assistance is needed, collaborate with technical and nontechnical colleagues, and manage assigned work.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or willingness to obtain it.
Preferred qualifications include IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST or SOAP integrations, MID Servers, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, source control, automated testing, CI/CD, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework, Platform Analytics, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, AI Search, Now Assist, or additional ServiceNow certifications.
