Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver Advanced Solutions Lab content, identify Google ML experts for sessions, and enhance the curriculum.
- Lead and support customer machine learning projects from framing through implementation.
- Design AI/ML curriculum using market trends and customer needs in collaboration with cross-functional Google experts.
- Track ML developments and connect participants with the Google Cloud research and ML communities.
- Provide ML subject-matter expertise for client-facing services, intellectual property development, public speaking, and ML bootcamps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience coding with one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Three years of experience building production AI/ML models or agentic solutions for use cases including tabular data, images, video, speech, and unstructured text.
- Experience using TensorFlow, Keras, JAX, Spark ML, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience conducting data and ML technical training in a client-facing technical consulting role.
- Experience architecting cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform or another public cloud.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science, mathematics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: experience in ML, technology areas, delivering new material to clients and students, and data warehousing concepts including ETL/ELT and analytics environments.

- US base salary is listed as $152,000–$221,000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
