Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Go-based microservices in a cloud-native environment.
- Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs using OpenAPI 3.0.
- Write unit, integration, functional, and system tests using Go testing frameworks.
- Create low-level, high-level, UML, and API specification design documents.
- Configure and work with MongoDB.
- Collaborate with developers and cloud operations teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Use Atlassian tools, Git, and Jira for collaboration and project work.
- Debug software and contribute to microservice architecture and design decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 3+ years of Go experience.
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture, principles, and design patterns.
- Experience developing microservices using Agile methodology.
- Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs with OpenAPI 3.0.
- Proficiency writing unit, integration, functional, and system tests with Go testing frameworks.
- Experience with Atlassian tools, Git, and Jira.
- Working knowledge and configuration experience with MongoDB.
- Strong debugging, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating LLD, HLD, UML, and API specification documents.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and AI.
