Responsibilities
- Lead the technical team in designing coherent architecture and delivering capabilities across worldwide Amazon stores.
- Build and launch customer-facing software products for international marketplaces and cross-border commerce.
- Design and develop systems that scale across marketplaces and support millions of transactions.
- Build agentic, LLM-based, and real-time recommendation systems for large-scale operations.
- Collaborate with software engineers, applied scientists, product managers, principals, and end customers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life-cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
