Responsibilities
- Own and evolve developer tooling, including observability and CI/CD, to help engineers build, ship, and operate products efficiently and securely.
- Architect and operate agentic AI solutions involving multi-step workflows, tool use, memory, and autonomous decision-making.
- Embed agentic solutions into internal developer-platform CI/CD and observability workflows.
- Scale platform and AI capabilities reliably across more than 800 engineers, teams, and technology stacks.
- Work directly with developers to solve real-world workflow and productivity challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree such as a B.Tech or B.E., or a master’s degree, in computer science or a closely related discipline.
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
- Recent hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems beyond chatbots.
- Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure, and preferably AWS.
- Experience running AI workloads reliably at scale and using observability tools.
- Strong systems engineering skills and experience building systems at scale.
