Responsibilities
- Lead software engineers and drive technical direction, system architecture, and end-to-end execution for creator-support products and platforms.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance scalable full-stack systems and Generative AI-powered workflows.
- Partner with Product Management, User Experience Design, User Research, and engineering teams to create technical roadmaps.
- Conduct and uphold architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, operational reliability, security, and data privacy practices.
- Mentor and coach software engineers while fostering technical growth, ownership, and engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience with full-stack development across backend and frontend codebases.
- Experience with Generative AI and full-stack web development.
- Experience programming in C++, Python, or Java.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience testing, maintaining, and launching software products; software design and architecture; integrating Generative AI tools or LLM interfaces; and developing accessible technologies.
