Responsibilities
- Work with a geographically distributed Agile Scrum team.
- Guide the team with technical delivery.
- Develop and support end-to-end technical solutions for a virtual account management banking solution.
- Contribute during all phases of development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Evaluate, learn, and implement innovative technologies within the project.
- Collaborate with team members and support the development of others’ skills.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience as a Java developer.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience with microservices and API development.
- Strong experience with core Java 11+ and advanced Java, including JDBC, collections, serialization, and memory management.
- Experience with Hibernate.
- Knowledge of relational database management systems, specifically PostgreSQL.
- Good understanding of Git and Maven.
- Hands-on experience with Angular development.
- Preferred knowledge of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 formats, including camt52 and camt53.
- Preferred understanding of Kubernetes, Agile workflow, and TDD design patterns.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, decision-making, creativity, innovation, and problem-solving abilities.
