Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements.
- Maintain and update existing components to improve functionality and performance.
- Apply data integration, data governance, database management, and data quality principles related to Master Data Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and support junior team members with guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM).
- Strong understanding of data integration and data governance principles related to MDM.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components aligned with business objectives.
- Familiarity with database management and data quality techniques.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
